If you are considering taking up qigong, we hope to meet you soon. You can start at any time, just come along and try it out. Classes are $16 in Brisbane and $14 in Toowoomba. Please wear comfortable sports gear and trainers. You won't regret it: Qigong is like superannuation for your body. It is compatible with other forms of exercise like Taijiquan or yoga. |
