Across the river on a showery day, on which we saw several complete rainbows and altogether about five different rainbows. On the right is our neighbour.
We hope to start Qigong classes again soon, but not until the spring...it's dark and cold and Dark Mofo is on: time for strange artworks, a winter feast or a nude swim at Sandy Bay.
Healthy Slapping Gong is a short form from the Dayan Qigong system that doesn't require much time or space to practise and is easy to learn. We will be teaching it in Toowoomba on Sunday 4th November from 1pm-5pm. It stimulates the channels and internal organs using tapping and slapping techniques on important areas and acupuncture points to promote good health. 0427 320 828 or contact us via the contact form.
Please note that there are no classes on the 3rd, 5th, 10 or 12th April. Have a lovely break and see you all soon.
The weekend seminar on Enlightenment Gong: "The more time I have learning and practising Enlightenment Gong, the more I value and enjoy this form. Sigong's second day lecture talking about the direction of qi flow was a real highlight. Thanks again, Sigong, for sharing this skill. Belinda Hadfield, Kapiti Coast, NZ."
