You can start attending class at any time.
Classes are an hour long and everyone is in together.
We warm up, then an instructor will work with you and show you some qigong, demonstrate the movements to you, explain them and practise them with you. After that you will practice the movements by yourself. Other students or instructors who already know them well can help you.
At the end of class we do a short standing meditation together.
